| 2024 HIGHLIGHTS | It was a busy and rewarding year at VALCOR Advisors. We completed numerous engagements across our two core areas of expertise:
M&A Advisory Services - We were privileged to advise on a variety of transactions, including the sale of Nickey Petroleum Company to SC Fuels, a division of Pilot Company, the largest travel center operator in North America. Founded in 1923, Nickey Petroleum was a family-owned business providing fuel distribution and fleet fueling services in Southern California. Our team acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor, sourced the buyer, and successfully managed the transaction through closing.
Valuation Advisory Services - We provided valuation expertise across numerous industries to both public and private companies. We completed multiple ASC 805 analyses for Medicine Man Technologies, Inc. (OTC: SHWZ), several valuations of the convertible securities under ASC 820/470 for Red White & Bloom (CNSX: RWB) and numerous IRC 409A valuations for private companies. |
